๐Ÿ’ณ Booking & Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your order and date.
The remaining balance is due no later than two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled pickup date.
Orders placed within two weeks of the event require full payment at the time of booking.
If the remaining balance is not received by the payment deadline, we reserve the right to cancel the order. Payment reminders will be sent prior to cancellation.

๐Ÿ“‹ Cancellations & Credits

Refunds of any amount paid beyond the initial 50% deposit are available if cancellation occurs at least two (2) weeks before the event date, subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
Alternatively, any amount paid beyond the 50% deposit may be applied as a credit toward a future order, subject to availability.
All credits must be redeemed within twelve (12) months of the original event date.

๐Ÿ“… Date Changes

Requests to change the event date must be made at least one (1) month in advance.
We will make every effort to accommodate date changes; however, availability for new dates cannot be guaranteed.

๐ŸŽ‚ Pickup & Product Care

Upon pickup, responsibility for the order transfers to the client. The NB Bakery cannot be held liable for damage or mishandling after this point.
Care instructions will be provided to ensure your order remains fresh and beautiful.

By submitting your deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
